It’s about time to empower humanity to stand up for their rights, be equipped with a powerful tool to never be uncomfortable in awkward situations, quit giving respect to those who don’t deserve it, and learning to say F@*# Off to protect your energy while establishing a healthy boundary.

Did you ever feel shameful, fearful, guilty for all the wrong reasons, for crime and sins you didn’t commit. Learn to nurture self respect and give respect only where it’s due. 

The purpose of this topic is for participants to stay safe – Beware and be aware. Get Real. Stop being too F#&*-ing naive.

Grow up and grow out of the youthful disposition. 

At the same time, we don’t want to judge anyone, be free to authentically communicate & practice empathic listening.
