Synopsis
Henna Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s wholistic well-being.
Social and emotional learning helps individual to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, make responsible decisions through art, which is also proven to reduce stress. This unique experience is ideal as a team bonding activity.
And no, you do not need to know how to draw at all.
